What actually happens at Plumbline Practice?
Short, repeatable sessions: a daily check-in, focused self-awareness drills, and guided personal-growth practices. No mood-setting fluff, just tools you pick up and use.
Do I need any experience with mindfulness?
None. The whole point is workshop-floor clarity. If you can follow a set of instructions, you can do the work on day one.
How do I reach a real person?
